Virtual coins ("Coins") are proprietary utility tokens designed solely to unlock interactive communication features (such as initiating peer-to-peer video calls) inside the Livora Pro application. Coins have no real-world monetary value, do not earn interest, and cannot be traded, transferred, or converted into cash outside of our authorized creator settlement programs. All purchases of coin packages are one-time transactions and are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable.
To protect the privacy and copyright of our creators and users, call screens are protected by mobile rendering blocks. You agree not to use external cameras, virtualization software, or recording tools to capture video feeds from calling sessions. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these terms.
Livora Pro, its parent entity, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the conduct of users during video calls, database connectivity lag, or gateway transaction reconciliation delays.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit your virtual wallet contents at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, Google Play UGC safety guidelines, or local laws.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
