A. Personal Identifiers & Account Data

• Account Profile Data: Mobile phone number, email address, chosen display name/username, gender, birthdate (for 18+ age verification), and optional profile avatar pictures.

B. Financial & Transaction Data

• Coin Wallet Transactions: Purchase timestamps, coin package tier selected, order IDs, and payment status.

D. Device Identifiers & Network Logs

• Technical Diagnostics: Device model, hardware manufacturer, operating system version, app version, unique device identifiers (Android Advertising ID / Instance ID), network operator, IP address, and system crash logs (via Firebase Crashlytics).
• Coarse Location Data: Approximate regional location derived from your IP address for security audits, fraud prevention, and regional latency optimization. We do not collect precise GPS location tracking data.

3. Real-Time Audio & Video Calling Stream Encryption

User privacy during video interactions is our highest priority. All 1-on-1 video and voice calls hosted on Livora Pro are established using peer-to-peer WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) technology protected by Industry-Standard End-to-End Media Encryption (DTLS-SRTP protocols).

Strict Non-Recording Guarantee: Livora Pro does NOT record, monitor, intercept, view, listen to, or store any video feeds or voice streams on our servers. Media packets travel directly between calling participants and vanish immediately from network memory upon call termination.

4. Mobile Screen Protection & Anti-Capture Controls

To protect creators and users against unauthorized recording, privacy infringement, or intellectual property theft, our Android application implements native screen rendering protections (including Android FLAG_SECURE flags). The application automatically blocks system screenshot capture and screen recording functions during active video calling sessions.

5. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

We process your personal information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• To initialize, maintain, and authenticate your Livora Pro user account.
• To establish high-definition peer-to-peer video calling connections.
• To process virtual coin package recharges and maintain accurate wallet balances.
• To verify creator age (18+) and process earnings withdrawals for verified talent.
• To detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud, spam, illegal activities, and security breaches.
