These calls are **end-to-end encrypted** and streamed directly between participating devices. **Livora Pro does not record, intercept, view, or store** any video or voice session contents on our servers. All call packets vanish instantly from transit upon call termination.
To prevent unauthorized duplication of creator calls, our official Android APK includes secure screen rendering restrictions. The mobile app automatically blocks the system’s screenshot capture and screen recording capabilities during active calling sessions. We do not record calls, and we prevent third parties from recording them.
Your user profile datasets are stored securely using industry-standard database encryption protocols (SSL/TLS transit encryption and AES-256 storage protection). We run routine vulnerability assessments to protect your personal account credentials from unauthorized entry, modification, or exposure.
We work with trusted third-party services to ensure application stability and payment processing. These services include payment gateway SDKs (like Razorpay, Cashfree, or Stripe) to handle transaction checkouts, and Firebase for crash reports and mobile push alerts. These partners process information under their respective privacy terms.
Livora Pro strictly restricts usage to adults aged **18 or older**. We do not knowingly collect or request personal information from children or minors under 18. If you suspect an underage user is active, please report it immediately to our safety team at livorapro72@gmail.com. We will instantly delete the account and block the device model.
In compliance with Google Play Developer Data Safety policies, users retain full control over their account and personal data. You can request complete deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by sending an email to livorapro72@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Upon identity verification, your user profile, authentication records, wallet balance history, and metadata will be permanently purged from our servers within 48 hours.
