Creator Policy & Partner Guidelines

1. Creator Onboarding & Face Audits

To register as a partner creator on Livora Pro, you must submit a verification request via our official Android mobile application. Registration is strictly prohibited on the desktop portal to ensure security. Creators must submit:

• A clear government-issued photo identification card verifying you are **18 or older**.
• A live face verification selfie scan to confirm identity match.
• Accurate bank account details or UPI parameters for payout settlements.

We review applications and verify profiles within **48 hours**.

2. Creator Code of Conduct

Verified creators serve as ambassadors of our social network. You agree to maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. **Under this policy, you must NOT:**

• Exhibit nudity, sexual gestures, or explicit visual contents during calling sessions.
• Engage in harassing, hostile, or discriminatory language with users.
• Promote third-party platforms, share off-platform personal contact information (such as WhatsApp, phone numbers, or external accounts), or solicit direct off-platform payments.
• Use automated bots, static loops, or pre-recorded video files to simulate live calling activity.

3. Virtual Coin Conversion & Withdrawals

Verified creators receive virtual coin allocations when users call or send virtual gifts. These virtual coins can be converted into fiat currency and withdrawn to your registered bank account or UPI channel under the following terms:

• Conversion Rates: Coins are converted based on our standard partner payout schedules, which may vary depending on local tax policies and platform processing fees.
• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: Creators must accumulate the minimum coin threshold (as detailed in the creator panel) before requesting a withdrawal.
• Settlement Frequency: Payout requests are audited for safety compliance and processed within **3 to 5 business days**.

4. Independent Partner Status

Registration as a creator does not establish an employer-employee, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and Livora Pro. You function strictly as an independent contractor. You are solely responsible for declaring, filing, and paying all local income, sales, and service taxes applicable to your payouts.

5. Moderation Violations and Account Suspensions

We review creator calls and profile reports. If a creator is reported for violating our UGC or Child Safety policies, we will temporarily lock their wallet pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated coin balances.
